Blokhintsev expressed an idea, the essence of which is that quantum mechanics is considered not as a theory of real microobjects, but as a theory of some speculative formations - quantum ensembles. This idea was supported by M. E. Omelianovsky and some other scientists . The author of the article subjects this idea to a detailed analysis, as a result of which, in his opinion, it becomes clear that it is erroneous.
