The presented work is the result of the work of a well-known researcher of the history of Armenian culture .. In the work, for the first time ever studying the history of astronomy and the existence of the so-called archaeoastronomy, on the basis of a comparative-linuistic analysis, the true origins of the original astronomy - astrology - are revealed and summarized and its Armenian roots are shown. The creative method of the author - a professional metallurgist, metallurgist, veteran of the defense industry of Russia - is characterized by a special in-depth, analytical approach to the subject of consideration, used, as a rule, precisely for scientific and technical research. The work contains more than fifty Armenian, purely author's, readings of basic astronomical terms and concepts, and is, despite a fairly simple and absolutely accessible form of presentation, a well-reasoned scientific work.
