In what was happening under different "leaders", how they lived, worked, fought, suffered and what the working masses withstood, they preferred to keep quiet in scientific thought. Behind "parades" of real or imaginary successes and victories, they tried not to notice their prices. Workers have traditionally been assigned the role of performers, subordinates, subjects, "cogs", employees . The main thing was reduced to the secondary: the truth of popular life rarely attracted anyone. Based on this, the author introduces the concept of “managed objects” into the theory of management in a special interpretation and already in accordance with it describes the meaning of management and interdependence in any management system in a completely new way, t. e. connects the subjects of power with the objective reality of the existence of millions of people and justifies its influence on them (on the principles of direct and feedback)
