The workshop consists of two sections. The first section introduces the working conditions and design of plasma-facing elements of thermonuclear plants and reactors. The second section includes descriptions of laboratory work, during which students get acquainted with the installations and methods of studying the physical processes occurring in plasma-facing materials of fusion reactors under the influence of plasma and hydrogen isotope ions.
