The proposed book is a preliminary collection of material about Archbishop John that has appeared partly in The Orthodox Word magazine since 1966. They contain a brief biography and a number of chapters with more detailed stories from his life but most importantly. They reflect that worldwide veneration of Archbishop John ,. This has been the case for years,. as well as a reaction to this veneration of the very Lord John they tell about miracles and phenomena of these , He who prays with faith, prays with faith............ know, He's not dead....................................... But he is alive in God, and can respond to his sincere appeal .......... The present edition contains a translation of several chapters from the "Annals of the veneration of Archbishop John (Maximovitch)" in Russian by Bishop Sava of Edmonton (edition of the brotherhood of St. John .) [DT Herman Alaskan in Platinum, 1976), but surpasses in coverage, including much that was not included in it (in particular, new evidence and miracles that were after 1976). In our spiritually meager days, the righteous have become few, and the books about them are few and far between. Let this book inspire the Orthodox Christians of these last times, so that they do not possess cowardice in the works of piety. Let her show them that, in spite of all our weaknesses and shortcomings, Jesus Christ is yesterday and today the same, and forever and ever (Heb. 13, 8) and that nothing is more pleasing to God and more saving for man than a righteous life in Christ, mirrored by Archbishop John .
