The second edition of the "Physics Handbook" has been significantly revised compared to the first edition and aligns with the new curriculum for physics courses at higher technical educational institutions. Section III on Electrodynamics has been practically rewritten. Chapter VIII.2 on Elementary Particles has been completely overhauled, incorporating the latest advancements in particle physics. This handbook is designed for a broad audience, including students of all specialties at technical universities, graduate students, and engineering professionals from non-physics backgrounds, as well as physics teachers at higher educational institutions and secondary schools, and educators in vocational and technical schools.
