Modern ideas about the fundamental categories of geophysics and geology - space and time are discussed. It is shown how the geological history of the Earth is built on these categories. For the first time, the concept of temporary tension has been introduced into the educational literature and new relations of the past, present and future have been built. From the point of view of interaction of geospheres, their internal and external boundaries are investigated. Natural cycles and the main forms of the natural water cycle are considered as the main mechanisms of interaction of geospheres . It is shown that the energy base of interaction of geospheres are natural thermal "machines" of the Earth. Abstracts are intended for students and teachers related to the study of earth sciences.
