The article is devoted to the application of electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy in the research of biological systems . As examples, paramagnetic centers in the chain of electronic transport of chloroplasts, nitric oxide radical (NO) - a regulator of cellular metabolism, as well as the use of the EPR method in biodosimetry are considered.
