These guidelines contain laboratory work in physicolloid and biological chemistry, carried out by students of the second year of the specialty "Zootechnics" of the agricultural faculty of Petrozavodsk State University in the process of studying the subject . In laboratory classes, students master the methods of experimental research, consolidate theoretical knowledge, analyze the results obtained in practical classes. Each laboratory work sets out the purpose and tasks assigned to the student, the principle of the method used, the progress of the work, it is proposed to analyze the results of the studies and draw conclusions. The questions and tasks presented at the end of each section contribute to a better assimilation of theoretical material during self-training.
