Methodical development is designed for students of correspondence education and includes a list of necessary works of art on the course of history of foreign literature of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance , List of recommended textbooks, teaching aids and selected scientific papers, necessary for self-study, Test questions for the exam . The methodological development provides a general description of two large periods in the history of the development of world literature. The theoretical material included in the development is, according to the authors, the greatest difficulty for students when studying this period of literature. Much attention is paid in the methodical development to the importance of Renaissance literature for the artistic development of mankind. This approach allows to deepen the characteristic of cultural phenomena, related and similar to the features of the Renaissance worldview. The development of character is also associated with the complex interaction of medieval elements of culture with new Renaissance, facing the future.
