Methodical development is intended for students of the 5th year of the full-time department of the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Mechanics of VSU (specialty - 'Mechanics') and is prepared on the basis of the current curriculum . The development contains the work plans of lectures and practical exercises, a list of main and additional literature, general methodological guidelines for the development of theoretical material and the analysis of typical exercises on the main topics. The program of the lecture course includes the main results of the experimental study of creep under single-axis stretching, technical crawling theories, methods for solving problems of steady creep, presented sequentially.
