The book is a continuation of published in 2002. textbook "Modern Geodynamics and Heliogeodynamics", which set out general ideas about modern geodynamics. In this edition, we focus on the statistical analysis of the Siberian and Mongolian chronicles, containing a lot of information about natural and social events in this huge region. Within the framework of the book, the idea of Siberia as a certain geographical unit has been significantly expanded by including in its composition the north-east of Russia, Primorye and the Far East. This is primarily due to the similarity of natural and climatic conditions and the historical commonality of the development of these territories. Special attention is paid to the problems of global changes in the natural environment and society over the past 500 years, although information for more than 2000 years has been analyzed. All material is shown in the interaction of processes with each other and in connection with variations in time parameters of solar activity. The book is written in an accessible language, but requires the reader to have minimal physical and mathematical training. The book is intended for local historians, students of 4-6 courses of natural sciences faculties . It will also be interesting for all those who are interested in modern problems of natural science and their historical roots. In addition, it is designed for representatives of the regional headquarters for civil society and emergency situations, as it contains not only an annals of events, but also some ideas about the possibilities of the medium-term forecast of changes in our environment.
