Issues of technology of construction of asphalt pavements with the use of hot mixtures and coating devices are considered, taking into account the strength characteristics of hot asphalt concrete and the duration of the processes of laying and sealing mixtures. The analysis of the applied technologies of the coating device under different conditions of work production is presented and the physical processes occurring in the coating layers during the laying and sealing of hot asphalt concrete mixtures. Proposed temperature regimes for laying and sealing hot mixtures, taking into account the type of mixture and the grade of bitumen. The analysis of possible violations in technologies in the production of works with hot asphalt mix and their impact on the quality of asphalt concrete coating is presented.
