The monograph is devoted to the analysis of qualitative effects arising in transport processes in reactive media. It is shown that in some cases it is necessary to solve jointly the equations describing the conservation laws in the gas and condensed phases, t. e. solve the so-called conjugate problems of the mechanics of reacting environments. Analytically and numerically investigated nonstationary effects arising in the theory of combustion and boundary layer, which are due to non-equilibrium reactions. The classification of associated problems in the mechanics of reactive environments is given and specific examples of their solution are given. The book is intended for researchers specializing in the field of mechanics of reactive media, heat exchange and combustion.
