The paper presents the basic information, rules, requirements, recommendations for the preparation, writing, design and presentation of term papers and diploma papers for students studying in the specialty 050720 "Physical culture" . Methodical recommendations reveal the issues of research planning, selecting a topic, setting tasks and determining research methods, collecting and processing research data. Characteristics of requirements for writing term papers and diploma papers are given, recommendations for the preparation of works and the order of protection are set out.
