Ho Ho Intro, or, the Reason for the Season(al Collection)I really like Christmas.Yes, yes, I know. What a brave and controversial statement! It’s not like Christmastime has taken ten percent of the annual calendar in the US, from the moment the plates are cleared from Thanksgiving dinner to the last second of the New Year’s Day Bowl games, or that there are entire cable channels that by this point could air nothing but their own Christmas movies non-stop from January to December. It’s not as if the day is so important in our culture and our own economy that it has its own financial gravity well, around which the fortunes of small business all over the world orbit. And, of course, it’s not as if it’s meant to celebrate the birthday of the founder of a religion billions of people across the globe celebrate and follow.
