Meanwhile, in a large bowl, prepare muffin mix according to package directions. Stir remaining ingredients except garnish into batter. Drain raisins well; pat dry and fold into batter. Scoop one inch of batter into each of 12 greased muffin cups. (Baked muffins will be muffin top size.) Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool in pan.
