I once got this book from my syster when I was about 12 and that was 50 years ago. I was starting to study the martial arts and this was a great start up book. Looking at it now brings back a lot of memories. I have achieved black belts in various systems thanks to pioneers such as Bruce Tegner and his books that instructed and inspired. I remember seeing him in the beginning Karate scene in "Our Man Flint" as a training partner for Mr. Flint in the Dojo scene. Flint flips him with a shoulder throw. The forms and techniques in this book are dated but they are cool and they still would work if you learned and practiced them seriously. God Bless you and thank you Bruce Tegner where ever you are.
