La Giovine Italia is a political program written in 1831 by the Italian publicist and revolutionary Giuseppe Mazzini. In his book, the author presents the idea of the unification of Italy into one independent state embodiment. "Young Italy" became one of the key drivers in the struggle for the liberation of Italian lands from foreign domination. Mazzini's book became a symbol of the Italian national revival and had a great influence on the further development of Italian history.
