The flared skirt is made from a warm winter material and looks a little theatrical thanks to the frill at the side seam.
You will need:
loden 2.00-2.00-2.05-2.05-2.10-2.10 m wide 140 cm; rep tape (as a belt) 1.40-1.50-1.60-1.60-1.70-1.80 m wide 4 cm; 1 hidden zipper 22 cm long and a special sewing machine foot for sewing it.
