It seems that before us is not a dress, but a set. This effect is created by the solid-cut flaps of the bodice and the fly bar around the lowered waistline.
You will need:
jacquard fabric 2.15-2.15-2.15-2.20-2.20-2.20 m wide 140 cm; lining fabric 0.60-0.60-0.60-0.60-0.65-0.65 m wide 140 cm; interlining G 785; 1 hidden zipper 60 cm long and a special sewing machine foot for sewing it; 2 buttons.
