Run in the 80s! It was then that a comfortable knitted balloon skirt came into fashion. Stretched in blocks, the cord adjusts the width of the skirt at the waist.
You will need:
knitted fabric 0.60-0.60-0.60-0.75-0.75 m wide 150 cm; 0.35 m circular knitted fabric in an elastic band with a width of 35/70 cm; interlining G 785; cord 1.60-1.60-1.80-1.80-2.00 m with a thickness of 5 mm; 1 hidden zipper 22 cm long and a special sewing machine foot for sewing it; 2 blocks with washers with an internal diameter of 5 mm.
