The Baltic Republic (Latvia), during thirty years of “independence” from Russia and complete dependence on the West, has ruined its large industry and lost many achievements in science, education, and culture. The failures are based on the Russophobia of the Latvian authorities. In the book, one of the chapters is dedicated to the memory of Viktor Tsoi, who died in Latvia thirty years ago. Another chapter is dedicated to the memory of V.V. Tikhonov, who created a unique hockey phenomenon in Riga. In the first chapter, using the example of the republic's sea ports, the final result of the severance of economic ties between Latvia and Russia is examined. As a result of the rupture of the entire spectrum of relations with the Russian Federation, Latvia, in fact, will objectively enter a period of oblivion.
