What will the world be like if there is no Sun? Will anything change on our planet if it becomes isolated from the main celestial body? When humanity lives for centuries, knowing about the Sun only from textbooks, will it be ready to meet it with its own eyes? In the utopian story “Victory of the Sun,” the author presents to the reader his version of the outcome of such events, plunging him into the confrontation between heavenly sunlight and the darkness of human ignorance .The story took second place at the IX Republican Literary Youth Festival “I Ask for the Word” in the “Triumph of a Short Story” category.
