Vovochka is the same beloved folk hero of jokes and anecdotes as Petka and Vasilyvanych, her husband who came from a business trip and others. My parents named me Vladimir, and as a child I sometimes felt discomfort because of this, but as I grew older I realized that this was a great gift for me as an author! The collection contains both rhymed “classic” jokes about Vovochka and my own creations, including incidents from my personal life. Vovochka in the collection does not have a specific age. The name is not mentioned in every poem. For example - There are boobs on the tree! - the grandson reported to his grandfather. - Where?! Why, however... do I pay a speech therapist?!
