A young man, Vyacheslav Miloslavsky, graduated from school with honors, and decides to go to his grandmother for the holidays, to the village where he spent his childhood, but on the way he gets into an accident. The local watchman helps the guy get to the place and promises to help him fix the car. In his grandmother’s house, at a large table set in his honor, Vyacheslav meets all the neighbors who have remained to live out their lives in their native land. Old people, as in the old days, often get together to spend time and chat. His first childhood love, Lyuba, awaits him there. Young people walk together in picturesque places and remember the past. Vyacheslav has no idea that terrible events await him that will turn his life upside down. He does not miss the opportunity to take revenge on his stepfather for the grievances caused, accidentally killing him.
