All possible and currently known economic theories are divided into two classes: ·     The first describe the economy of society, implying the need to answer the question “how can a private entrepreneur fill his pockets by legal means” (“economics for clerks”). ·     The second describe the economy of society. , implying the use of economic relations in society as a means of achieving some other, non-economic goals in their essence (“economics for the owners”). Existing courses in financial and economic education more or less in accordance with economic reality describe what is called “economics” above for clerks."  All the courses called “Macroeconomics”, which seem to be supposed to describe “economics for very big masters,” are full of nonsense, similar to the assertion that eclipses of the sun occur due to an attack on the luminary by a dragon, which should be driven away by beating drums, basins and pots. As a result, all courses called “Macroeconomics” form perverted ideas about what is referred to above as “economics for very big bosses.” Readers are offered a thematically expanded edition of the work of the USSR EP “Towards an understanding of the macroeconomics of the state and the world.” Currently, this is the only work known to us in the genre of popular science literature, which shows the inconsistency of the historically established economic “science” and sets out the starting points of a socially useful economic science designed to ensure the well-being of all who work honestly.
