The study “On Interpretation” was written by an encyclopedist who lived in ancient Greece and is known as the founder of classical logic, Aristotle (384-322 BC)*** The author’s scientific work, consisting of 14 chapters in which he systematized and summarized knowledge on interpretation skills. This treatise can be considered the beginning of the emergence of linguistics and philology as a science. Aristotle’s scientific and creative heritage includes the following works: treatises “Metaphysics”, “Physics”, “Politics”, “Ethics”, “Poetics”, “On the Soul”, “The Athenian Polity”, a collection of works on logic “Organon”. Aristotle's pedagogical system, based on the requirement of harmonious development of the individual, was the pinnacle of theoretical pedagogical thought of the ancient world. Aristotle had a huge influence on the subsequent development of all scientific, including pedagogical, thought.
