The educational and practical manual “Atlas of First Aid in Anti-Terrorist Operations” is based on the methodology of mass training in first aid skills, awarded the Gold Medal of the XXVIII International Geneva Salon of Inventions and Innovations (Switzerland) in the “Medicine” category. This methodology is recommended Department of Research and Educational Medical Institutions of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for use in the educational process for training persons who do not have a medical education, but are obliged to provide first emergency medical care (letter of the Ministry of Health No. 16-16/68 dated 06/28/99).
