The preprint presents the results of research work to assess the functioning of the municipal housing and communal services (using the example of the city of Vologda). Particular attention is paid to studying the state of the housing stock and communal infrastructure, the formation of tariffs for housing and communal services to the population, as well as tariff regulation. Based on a questionnaire survey of the heads of city management companies, the features of managing the housing stock and organizing resource conservation are revealed. The book is intended for employees of regional and municipal governments, enterprise managers, teachers, graduate students, students of higher educational institutions of economic orientation.
