The book analyzes and summarizes the experience of different countries in rapid economic growth - the USSR, USA, Europe, China. Based on a scientific analysis of these facts, the author of the book, an economist, offers a way out of the economic crisis. These are loans for creating a business (start-ups) for people with an economic education and methods for reducing banking risks of non-repayment of capital when issuing them. The real causes of inflation in Russia with a practically stable ruble exchange rate are analyzed and an option is proposed for eliminating them and reducing inflation to almost zero. After all, now in the Russian Federation prices are rising due to a logical error - a vicious circle - tariffs of state monopolies are increased due to inflation over the past year, and inflation is calculated by the growth of tariffs. Therefore, it is urgent to reduce the tariffs of state monopolies - and inflation will become zero. Zero inflation will also reduce the refinancing rate of the Central Bank to almost zero, and this, in turn, will significantly reduce interest rates on loans from commercial banks - to 1-2% per annum, which will eliminate the “credit slavery” of business and will lead to rapid economic growth of the country .The book is based on the author's publications in the journal "Economics and Finance" 2013 No.1–6, pp. 4-13.
