The reason for the creation of this work was a public request on the topic “A necessary condition for the preservation of civilization,” where the average person asks the question about the fundamental foundations of the ideologies and consolidated social ideas being created in the world. Obviously, ideas are embodied by consciousness and are born by the collective mind. In the language of Konstantin Vladimirovich Anokhin, a Russian scientist, neurobiologist, professor, director of the Institute for Advanced Brain Research at Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov: society is Cognitom - a hypernetworked model of the brain, and if this is true, then ideas are distributed in each of us. This work is aimed at eliminating the gap in the absence of a physical cyclical-progressive model of Time. The connection between the rotational course of time must stem from the primary model, and is not easy to postulate in scientific circles.
