We have known about fortune telling, divination, and various methods of predicting fate since childhood and treat them with skepticism and a great deal of humor. However, skepticism and humor do not displace from the depths of the soul the desire to know one’s destiny and the belief that what was predicted will certainly come true. However, it often comes true. So, maybe fortune telling is not a superstition, but a way of knowledge? And perhaps we are yet to appreciate the phenomenon called “fortune telling”?
