Vladimir Belobrov (born in 1962) and Oleg Popov (born in 1965) graduated from the Faculty of Philology of Moscow State University, and since 1988 they have been performing together as musicians (the group “Russian Brothers”) and artists. They also worked together as hosts of original radio programs. They published several books in the St. Petersburg publishing house “Red Sailor” and “Limbus Press” (the novel “The Red Tambourine”). Witty, bright, action-packed and at the same time sentimental stories by Belobrov-Popov will not leave even the most experienced reader indifferent.
