The very first night after moving to her fantastic new apartment in San Francisco, Caroline realizes that she is gaining... um... intimate knowledge about the night adventures of her new neighbor. Thanks to the paper-sheet-thick walls and this guy's athletic heroism, she hears not only his bed hitting her wall, but also the eerie responses seem (after a loud night follows a loud night after a loud night), the endless string of women. And since Caroline is on a voluntary "witness hiatus" and her neighbor is obviously deadly attractive to women, she discovers that her fantasies keep her from sleeping even longer than the noise. So, when the roar behind the wall threatens to literally kick her out of bed, Caroline, covered in sexual dissatisfaction and a pink baby-doll-style night out, confronts Simon Parker, her heard-but-never-seen neighbor. The tension between them is as strong as the thin walls, and the result is just as confusing. Suddenly, Caroline discovers that she may have discovered an entirely new definition of good-neighborliness.
