Martin Heidegger (1889–1976) the largest German thinker, a representative of the philosophy of existentialism . He was one of those who felt that there was a great secret hidden in the word "to be." Throwing away all the specific meanings of this word, we will come face to face with the mystery of being. Heidegger devoted his whole life to the search for the “meaning of being”, in which, in addition to vivid insights, there were also misconceptions that arose under the influence of false ideas about the superiority of the German nation, spread in the 30s of the twentieth century. But, despite everything, Heidegger's work has become a significant contribution to the development of philosophy, theology, aesthetics and other humanities.
