The textbook was developed in the discipline "Technology of financial decision-making in the entrepreneurial sphere" for the areas of training 19. 04. 02 Foods from vegetable raw materials, 19. 04. 03 Foods of animal origin, as well as 38. 04. 01 Economy, 38. 04. 02 Management . The manual contains five thematic sections reflecting the main aspects of financial decision-making in entrepreneurship. For their successful study and development of practical skills, questions for self-control, practical tasks and methodological instructions for their implementation, as well as test tasks for testing the knowledge gained are offered. The training manual is addressed to undergraduates studying in non-economic areas of training "Food from plant raw materials" and "Food of animal origin", as well as for undergraduates of the UGS "Economics and Management" .
