These guidelines are intended for students of the I course of all specialties and directions. The purpose of these guidelines is to repeat the letters of the English alphabet, signs of phonetic transcription, pronunciation features of vowels and consonants, as well as the rules for reading English letters and letter combinations. Methodological guidelines include modules on basic phonetic topics containing both theoretical material and practical exercises to fix it.
