Leonid Kuznetsov works as an engineer at the Ulan-Ude Instrument-Making Association. He made his debut in the Baikal magazine in 1984 with the story “In the River of Time.” As a participant in the XII conference of young and aspiring writers of Buryatia, he was presented on the pages of the magazine in a collective selection of young writers in 1985. Twice he took part in seminars for young science fiction writers held by the Union of Writers of the USSR - in Dubulti and Novosibirsk.
