This collection presents the materials (articles and abstracts of reports) of scientists and practitioners who took part in the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference - Biennale "System Analysis in Economics-2016" (November 9-11, 2016 . ). The materials are devoted to diverse issues (theory, methodology, tools and practical application of system analysis and modeling), but are united by a system paradigm as a common basis. The collection is published in two volumes .. The first volume contains materials from the plenary session and sections “Theory of Socio-Economic Systems”, “System Modeling Methods”, “System Analysis in Solving Socio-Economic Problems”, “Social and Economic Cybernetics”, “System Measurements and Soft Computing” .. The second volume contains the reports of the section "School of young researchers in the field of system analysis" .
