Christina Roy was born in the family of an evangelical pastor in g. Stara Tura . In 1897, together with her sister Maria, she founded the Blue Cross Tolerance Society and the Deaconic Center, whose goal was the moral transformation of society, helping those who are in alcohol dependence, raising the moral level of the population. He began his writing career with short stories. Then she wrote novels, novels, and other major works. Many of her stories have been published in Slovak magazines. With the heroes of Christina Roy's story, the boy Palko and his friends, amazing events take place. The childhood dream of a miracle and a fairy tale with a happy ending is fulfilled in a completely unexpected way.
