The content of the collection "Geopoetics of the North in Russian literature and in the texts of the culture of the peoples of the circumpolar world" was based on the works and materials of the XI Pomor Readings on the semiotics of culture. Organized and conducted by the Center for Comparative Religious Studies and Ethnosemiotics of the Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M. In. Lomonosov in the cities of Onega and Arkhangelsk in 2015. The readings were held with the financial support of the Russian Humanitarian Science Foundation and the Government of the Arkhangelsk Region.
