The workshop is prepared in the discipline "Civil Law" and is devoted to the legal regulation of civil relations . It presents a systematic educational and methodological material on the main institutions of the common part of civil law, necessary for the preparation and conduct of practical classes. The workshop was prepared on the basis of generalization of the experience of teaching the course "Civil Law" by teachers of the Department of Civil Law of the Law Institute of Kemerovo State University . The training edition is intended for students in the direction of training 40. 03. 01 Jurisprudence (Baccalaureate level) and specialty 40. 05. 04 Judicial and prosecutorial activity (specialty level), will be useful for students and teachers of other areas of training and specialties .
