There is (don’t be surprised) a very popular and discussed term in bodybuilding - “hard gainer”. And it has nothing in common either with “gain” on the “lotion”, or with hard rock, or hardcore (it will be said at night). Hardgainer. In the literal sense, this word means “one for whom the result is difficult.” That is, “not lucky.” Now, looking back at my life (at this moment I am 45), I understand that everything that I can now do with the guitar did not happen “thanks to”, but rather “in spite of”. I am a guitar hardgainer. And I can tell others who are hardgainers like me: Guys! Not everything is lost! Each of us has every chance. Especially for those who read this little book to the end.
