This manual contains the basic formulas, ratios and equations of school physics (left side) with brief but important comments to them (right side). For a more complete perception of the entire course of physics, the material on the basics of quantum physics has been somewhat expanded. At the end of the manual are the basic formulas of school mathematics . At the end of each section there are a number of problems with the solution, as well as problems for self-solution with full answers, which should increase the interest of students in self-learning the subject of physics. As a guide, the manual will be useful for students of grades 9-11, students of colleges, lyceums and technical schools, as well as students of the first two courses of higher educational institutions to systematize knowledge in elementary physics.
