The manual contains a description of five laboratory works on the topic "Interference of light" of the course of general physics "Optics" .. The manual provides a theoretical introduction with a brief description of the basic concepts and patterns . Descriptions of the remaining laboratory work are given in the 1st (theme "Electromagnetic waves and geometric optics") and 3rd (theme "Light diffraction") parts of the laboratory workshop . The purpose of the workshop is to get acquainted with the main phenomena of optics and methods of work both on modern optical equipment and on laboratory-trained laboratory optical complexes LOK-1 and LOK-2 .
