Cesare Lombroso is the largest Italian positivist philosopher, psychiatrist and professor of forensic medicine. The central theme of his major work, Genius and Madness, was the idea of a natural criminal. Lombroso believed that crimes were committed by people with a set of certain external data and psychological characteristics. As the founder of the original concept of creativity as a combination of pathological states, Lambroso explained inspiration as an unreasonable use of mental energy that generates original results and contributes to the progress of culture. His ideas and research have had a marked impact on the development of such sciences as criminology, psychopathology of creativity and positivist anthropology. All texts are provided with detailed comments and explanations by Professor RSUH A. In. Markova . In PDF A4 format, the publishing layout of the book is saved.
