The project “Historical notebooks” was started by the School of Higher Meanings the intellectual center created by the “Essence of Time” movement in the year of the centenary of the Great October Socialist Revolution. The subject of the research is the hot spots of the history of the USSR historical plots around which the most acute historical and political disputes are conducted today. The first issue is devoted to the dispute between supporters and opponents of the reburial of the founder of the Soviet state - Vladimir Ilyich Lenin.
