The One Who Followed Mr. Ripley is the fourth novel about the most famous character of the American writer Patricia Highsmith, involving the reader in her strange, closed, irrational world of shifted moral values and blurred boundaries between good and evil. In Mr. Ripley, it is now difficult to recognize that beggar, penniless, guy with a dark past who "will stop at nothing."
