A popular author of literary “horrors” with a telegram invites to his visit a couple of editorial staff of a magazine specializing in dark fiction. Since the call was urgent, they arrived at a lonely coastal cottage after sunset. The owner is in a very tense state, and behind the windows flashing strange shadows, making eerie sounds, resembling at the same time the cries of seagulls and cat meowing. When fragments of the bodies of these mysterious creatures fall into the bands of light, which over time begin to literally besiege the house, the writer is forced to begin a story-explanation against his will...
